RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
We accept returns on all of our products that haven’t been made to order and/or bespoke.
Handmade and/or bespoke orders that are damaged in transit or believed to be not as advertised will of course be eligible for for a full refund once retuned.

We accept full responsibility for our products getting to you in good condition. All postage on retuned products that have been damaged or believed to be not as advertised will be paid by us.

Products that are not handmade and/or bespoke are eligible for returns and refunds if we are notified within 14 days. For items where the customer has changed their mind we do not accept liability for shipping costs but a full refund will be issued once the parcel has arrived with us with the product in its original condition.
Any refunds will be applied to the original payment method. If this payment method isn’t possible we will arrange alternative methods.
